Brochure Display
Chamber of Commerce members are invited to display their brochures and business cards in the lobby of the Chamber. What better way to promote your business to the thousands of locals and visitors that pass through the Chamber office each year?

Monthly Newsletter and Insert
Each month, the Chamber newsletter is sent to more than 500 members and community leaders in Jefferson County and throughout the State of Oregon and into Washington State. Members are entitled, at no charge, to insert an 8.5 x 11 flier in one issue of the newsletter per year. "Business Card" sized ads are available for $25.00 for members and are perfect for advertising a coupon offer or an upcoming special.

Chamber Directory
The annual Chamber Directory is the #1 marketing tool for members. Published by the Madras Pioneer, members are listed according to business categories. Nearly 10,000 directories are expected to be distributed in Jefferson County and beyond . Advertising opportunities are available to members only. Newcomer Packets
The Chamber distributes newcomer packets to all new residents of Jefferson County, upon request. Chamber members may offer a coupon or flyer in these packets at no cost.

Business Assistance and Advocacy
The Chamber has assembled a business assistance network which is available to advise existing and new businesses. This network consists of people with expertise in finance, management, utilities, government and planning. Also, the Chamber of Commerce represents area businesses to the local government and community.

Networking
As a Chamber member, you have the opportunity to participate in networking activities that the Chamber sponsors, including Coffee Cuppers on Friday mornings, Business After Hours, forums, open houses and other events. These are great opportunities to promote your business, and find out what is going on in the community.

Information Resources
Chamber members are entitled to receive the member lists at no charge. The Membership lists are available to non-members for $12.00. We also keep a database of county-wide churches, clubs and organizations, including contact persons.

Community Support
By being a recognized member of the Chamber of Commerce, you are exhibiting community involvement and support. The Chamber organizes a variety of events in Jefferson County such as parades, The 4th of July Party in the Park, the Collage of Culture and the Scholarship Scramble Golf Tournament. These events help unite our residents and create a stronger sense of community.

Marketing and Promoting
The Chamber of Commerce actively markets and promotes Jefferson County’s commercial and industrial properties, agriculture and tourism. We do this locally, regionally, statewide and nationally. By becoming a member of the Chamber, you help make these efforts possible.

Online Exposure
Members are automatically listed on the chamber community website business directory. Enhanced listings are available and include company logo, photos, e-mail address, map, website, coupons or description of your business. There are also advertising opportunities on the Chamber site, which receives nearly 500 hits daily.

Visitor Information
The Chamber of Commerce fields more than 8,000 telephone calls requesting information on Jefferson County each year and we are dedicated to promoting your business to visitors. Tools we use include dining and lodging guides, highlighting Chamber members.
